Complete Home Renovation
Strongsville, Ohio
We began the process of remodeling the home we have lived in for 36 years by contacting Keim Lumber’s design team. Conceptually we planned on remodeling our kitchen and first-floor family room with custom designed cabinets. Keim recommended Paul Yoder’s P & L Builders to work with us as the contractor. We met with Paul initially at Keim and then at our home. After meeting with him at our home we were impressed with his approach in discussing options for the remodeling project. As we continued to plan and design with him and Keim’s designer Danielle Putt, it became evident to us that we wanted to expand our initial project to a complete remodel of all three floors of our center hall colonial.

During the entire process, we were impressed by the professional approach, staying within revised budgets, ability to easily change as the project grew, and most of all the quality of workmanship and sticking to an agreed upon time schedule. We moved completely out of our home for 90 days and the entire house was remodeled with new kitchen, windows, walls moved, bathrooms remodeled, wood and ceramic floors throughout the entire home, an addition of two fireplaces, revisions to the heating and cooling systems, to mention just a few. We moved back into our home after 90 days of apartment living to our beautiful “new” home. We cannot thank Paul and P & L Builders enough for what turned into the home of our dreams.
BEFORE
One year after our home remodeling project we invited P & L Builders back to replace our wood deck and build us a large covered patio and lower patio off the back of our home. Again, the ease of planning and quality of workmanship resulted in a breathtaking addition with built-in kitchen, granite bar and island, high ceilings with skylights and large fans, stone covered and lower patios with state of the art lighting. We would choose no other contractor to work for us and highly recommend them to all.
